CG Therapies is a small and personal psychotherapy practice that values and focuses on the relationship with clients from their first phone call to their final session. We’re a diverse, tight-knit team of therapists offering culturally responsive care. We provide a family-like atmosphere for staff and strive to provide a setting for clinicians to be comfortable and supported while they do their best work for our clients! As a CG clinician, YOUR needs matter! We don’t micromanage, but support is available as desired and needed. We expect our clinicians to maintain the highest standard of care and continued knowledge of emergent research and interventions relevant to their specializations.

Therapists at CG are carefully selected independent contractors; this means there are no employee benefits (health insurance, paid vacation, etc.), but therapists are paid per session provided. Referrals are provided but will ebb and flow with the seasons. We are currently seeking clinicians with availability of at least one weekday evening per week, in addition to any other prefered times. We all work together so responsiveness and attention to detail is imperative, in additional to excellence in care.

Applicants must be at the independent licensure level in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist). Exceptional applicants nearing eligibility for independent licensure may be considered.

We are open 7 days per week 9:00am through 10:00pm.
For all locations, all applicants must have afternoon and/or weekend availability and must be consistently available for at least 10 hours per week for consideration. Candidates with specializations and diverse skills (e.g., Addictions, EMDR, Eating Disorders, Christian/spiritual focus, LGBTQ+) are strongly encouraged to apply.


Please note, credentialing typically takes about four months, and you will be unable to meet with a client until that time. Please plan for this period prior to applying. If you are currently paneled this time may be reduced.
